1. Domain Transfers

All domain transfers are initiated within 24-48 hours of confirmed payment. Assets are transferred via Auth-Code or Push to the registrar of the buyer's choice.

2. Ownership

Until full payment is received, CONCOURD LLC retains 100% legal ownership of the digital asset.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional text messages from CONCOURD LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

4. Governance

These terms are governed by international digital commerce laws. Any disputes will be resolved through professional arbitration.
